Although Verizon may have a good service, they do little to help you upgrade to a new phone regardless of their advertising. Supposedly, they let you upgrade or downgrade to any existing plan. Not true in the case of upgrading to a internet ready phone. If you "gotten" a "free" phone within the past two years you can't upgrade to another "free" phone until two years are passed. By that time the technology will be outdated for the free phones. What a shame! And it would appear a loss of business to Verizon. Don't the techno people want the latest and greatest and are willing to pay for service? What's up Verizon? What a market in the RV world you are letting slip by because of the "rules".

Just another big business that was allowed to merge and take over.
