It makes no sense at all to not buy a diesel motorhome. With the prices they have on them today they are pretty inexpensive.

And, no matter what fuel prices get to the diesel is the best buy, for a lot of reasons.

They are making them more inexpensive now days. I saw a new one on the market for $99,900 with a Cat 300HP.

I think every one is missing the point. Anyone can manufacture a deisel motor and a chassis. If you have a chassis and a motor that will go 300,000 miles but you still have a gas house, what do you really have????A gas coach on a diesel platform. IE $89,000.00 price tag!!!!!! I am an ex RV salesman that was witness to way to many people that were taken advantage of at 3 different dealerships and I am mad at the system!!!!!!!!
