I,m interested in launching a web site to help consumers with the mystery of RV pricing. I'v been in the business for years and can tell you what any RV is worth from a dealers standpoint. I for one, would like to know the difference in what the NADA or Blue Book values are and what price the dealers normally want to realize selling the units. Another useful figure would be the price a dealer is willing to accept to wholesale the unit to another dealer. I'm not sure how the NADA figures are calculated for motorhomes. I know from my years as a consumer loan manager in a bank, that NADA prices for autos and trucks seem to trail the market.
