I am considering buying an FMC motorhome.
Does anyone have any experience with problems, etc?

my parents own a 5 1/2 year old fourwinds 5000, class A, with 31,500 miles on it. It has a ford engine. recently a gasoline link on the tank has developed. ford takes no responsibility and has told us it is afermarket chassis. the dealership where it is purchased and motorhome hotline said no, it is built by ford. It will cost us $2000.oo or more to replace if we cannot find where it is leaking.

Your dealer should help with your leaky situation. If not try different levels of gas in the tank . It is either a stress crack at a weld or something was screwed through it when it was built an now has decided to leak
