I read that we can use less air pressure on our 22.5 tires because we don't carry much weight. Anyone comment about that? I was told before that with less pressure the tires would run hot. Who do I listen to?

Joan,I would never use less air in a tire than what is recommended on the tire by the tire maker. this is based on the load of your rig. The max pressure requirements stated on your tire means that's what the tire pressure should be to carry that maximum load per tire.
