San Francisco Chicken CASSEROLE 1 pkg. Chicken flavor rice-a-roni
4 boneless chicken breasts
1 ½ cups water
1 can cream of chicken or mushroom soup
¼ tsp. lemon pepper
2 cups fresh broccoli flowerets
½ cup grated jack cheese
Brown chick breasts. Remove from pan. Brown rice-a-roni. Add water, soup, season packet and lemon pepper. Stir. Lay chicken breasts on top. Cover. Simmer 10 min. Add broccoli. Cover and simmer additional 10 minutes. Remove from heat. Sprinkle with cheese. Cover for 3 min.
Serve.
