Should coach batteries be on constant charge when the coach is stored?

Any battery will discharge if let to sit long enough. Any lead acid battery does not like a deep or total discharge. If you have access to an electrical outlet, Sears or other automotive store has small cheap fully auto battery chargers that can be put on a low or maintance charge cycle (key word cycle) as a good charger can sence battery voltage and provide a low charge when necessary of turn off when no charge is needed. In the "old" days battery chargers just provided a small "tickle" charge that was continous. This would keep the battery charged, however the charging would lead to the battery losing water.
