The first thing we noticed was a water stain inside the bedroom ceiling. This was repaired on delivery. It's been nearly a year now and we have camped about 8-9 times. The fresh water tank is about 1 ft. above the water inlet valve. When the tank is filled, the water runs out going down the road. The most irritating item is the squeeks when driving down the road. Sounds like styrofoam on moving fiberglass. The first time we hooked up to city water we discovered a leak of the cold water under the bathroom sink. We didnt notice the leak until the carpet outside the bathroom, was wet. I fixed this one. Our salesman at La Mesa RV, in Coburg OR, told us some things that turned out to be lies. Such as that extra waranty we purchased covered everthing. It only covers everything mechanical. We like the V10 power. I do not like having to have air extenders installed on rear duals, because you can not check pressure or fill tires with air. Apparently Ford does this on all E350 and E450 like I have. The first RV we bought, we believed we had bought just the right Class C, it was the same model but it was shorter at 23ft. We had it about 3 weeks and discovered that we could not sleep comfortably on the kitchen table that made down into a 4 in. foam bed. We had negotiated a good price and interest rate. When we went back The salesman hooked us up with the 27 footer we have now. The price was about 15K higher and 2 points higher. We also had to pay 6K more down to secure the deal. We were desparate to get out of the original deal. We like the way the vehicle handles on the road and we generaly like the quality of the cabinets and trim. We really like the short queen bed after we bought a visco foam mattress. One hardly notices the towed vehicle. The rear camera works well and should be standard equipment on 70,000$ vehicles and above. Oh yes! the cargo door holders were not all installed properly. Also, when the cargo door underneath the slide is held open, the slide out can be retracted. This can cause part on one's body to be crushed along with the cargo door. The water tank leaking and slide out problem are design flaws. Water will leak when the tank is above the inlet. Some of the cargo door holders could not be used because the awning and slides were installed after the coach was originally built. I think the rating should be 2.5.
